There was a long queue outside a tiny restaurant called Little Ramen Bar. My sister and I waited for more than half an hour to sit at the restaurant and enjoy some ramen.  Fortunately, it didn’t rain.

I didn’t realize that the restaurant was indeed LITTLE until I entered it. As the restaurant was very busy, we needed to sit on a table with 2 other customers. I heard them talking about their meal being tasty so I was kind of assured about the quality of the food.

I decided on Chasu Tamago with Shio ($12.90). The pork, noodle and egg were pretty good. However, the broth destroyed it. It was bland.

My sister ordered the Chasu Tamago with Miso ($12.90). I wasn’t the only one who thinks the broth was tasteless. She thinks it was lack in flavor too.

We also ordered the Gyoza ($5.90). Okay, the filling was fine but the dumpling skin was not to my liking. It was not crispy enough.

In the end, I feel that my time was wasted. Instead of queuing, I should have gone to another restaurant and eat HAPPILY.

  1. I'll admit, some of the ramen at this restaurant is indeed rather bland in flavor. BUT, If you try the Miso Special Ramen, I'll guarantee you it's full of flavor and you won't be disappointed.

    1. Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog and for the recommendation. I will surely order the miso special ramen next time. Please don't be an anonymous person :( I want to know my readers' names too.
